Agents Wanted

I'm sure many of you have noticed the lack of hard statistics lately, as well as the missing Lowball! and Price Reduced! articles.

The sad truth is that I've lost my sources, they no longer work in the real estate business, and thus, I have no access to GSMLS data anymore. Which is why I am posting this message.

This is an open call to any licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agent with GSMLS access.

In exchange for statistical information I will provide you with referrals from readers who are seeking that information. That's right, and if you've been in the business more than a few years, you'll know referrals are gold in a slow market. This site receives over 2000 unique visitors a day. I estimate that at least half of those visitors are likely to buy in the near future. Agents.. You can't buy this kind of advertising at any price.

Spread the word. If anyone knows a licensed agent or broker willing to cooperate, let them know. As always, any information or communications will be kept in the strictest of confidence.

I hope your old sources land on their feet. They have done a wonderful service to everyone that reads this blog. Cheers to them.

Is it a sign that the RE business has slowed that much that they have moved on?

I think it is a bit a ironic that you are offering "referrals" to real agents, a species you claim to deplore, and daily ridicule as to their pricing strategies etc--- that these referral would come from visitors to your site -- (who are presumably anonymous if they chose to be.... what are you doing with OUR data ---- those same visitors you are advising to wait out this market!

You may wish to alter your settings for the blog so that anonymous rude postings such as 11:43AM are avoided.

To anonymous: you are one of two types - (1) disingenuous (i.e. realtor or angry property owner) (2) idealistic to a fault

As they say "there's no free lunch".

You obviously don't read this blog often. Did you just come in off the street to troll?

And.. you seem a bit upset that I've provided "YOUR" data to the public.

If the real estate market was as rosy as the cheerleaders have been saying, why would you care that I provided that data? There would be nothing for me to provide! Unless, of course, there is something to hide and spin, which there is.

The simple truth of the matter is buyers still require agents. In a declining market they will trust an agent that has been clear and truthful with them. Why use an agent who continues to peddle their spin and BS? Honesty goes a long way in this business.

So is it irony? No, it's simple reality. I need the data, so I offer up something valuable in return. Both sides win.

Thanks grim for helping people make sense out of a very emotional issue which the folks in the Real estate industry spend countless hours trying to manipulate.
The real estate industry needs a good house cleaning. greed has infected it.

We don't need to delete comments here. I'd much easier just to argue them to emphasize the point.

Also, I'd like to keep anonymous comments open to hear opinion we'd not hear otherwise. I realize the registration process is cumbersome.

I have been following a site now for almost 2 years and I have found it to be both reliable and profitable. They post daily and their stock trades have been beating
the indexes easily.

Take a look at Wallstreetwinnersonline.com
