grim....what's the significance of Pequannock? Do you live there or are interested in that area? A realtor once told me it is a high flood zone.

Not much of a reduction at all. I guess this explains the houses sitting.

No significance at all, I just pick a town at random.

I live in Pequannock. There is a section of town that is prone to flooding, just as their is in Wayne, Lincoln Park, Fairfield, etc..

The whole town does not flood, you can easily tell which sections of town are prone to flooding just by looking at the homes. If you see a raised home (first floor all blocks) you can pretty much bet its a flood area.

Nothing beats a good blogging trip, but I think I have to get back to work on my own real estate sites. May as well stop on a high note, which your blog seems to be. Thanks for the read. Visit my site if you have a chance.

I have been following a site now for almost 2 years and I have found it to be both reliable and profitable. They post daily and their stock trades have been beating
the indexes easily.

Take a look at Wallstreetwinnersonline.com
