This is great, thanks. I've been following the housing in this town for a while and even though the inventory is not as high as other areas, most of it is not moving since it's so overpriced.

It is really overpriced for dumps.
Noticed many of the McMansion $1 million homes been sitting for over a year in many cases. This is not a million dollar area. A bunch of greedy builders dreaming.
It looks like prices are peaking and going down now.. Sellers will have to give alot if they have to sell.
I have been following a site now for almost 2 years and I have found it to be both reliable and profitable. They post daily and their stock trades have been beating
the indexes easily.
