Unrealtor-

could you give some thoughts on Parsippany? I'm a transplant to the area and don't know anything about that town...

Sorry, I'm not that familiar with the area, but here's what I do know:

* Excellent access to major highways

* Lots of corporations based right in the area (no NYC commute needed)

Sorry SG, there is just not enough time in my day to be able to do any kind of proper year over year comparison at a town level.

My wife tells me I spend too much time blogging and doing research. I can take the hint.

My opinion? We really didn't see anywhere near this level of reduction activity last year. Sure, people have been testing the waters with super high listing prices for a few years now. But the trend is a bit different now.. DOM and inventory are both increasing at a very brisk pace. Sales volumes have been down each month since October.

Time will tell if this 'spring' is any different.

As long as "A BUYER" is willing to pay the asking price, I don't see price will go down. Let see what happened with this house..

Could you do Mount Olive Township? Interested to see how the housing market it doing there, considering the soap opera going on with the Mayor and Council.

Thanks,
TR

I have been following a site now for almost 2 years and I have found it to be both reliable and profitable. They post daily and their stock trades have been beating
the indexes easily.

Take a look at Wallstreetwinnersonline.com
